Orders

We accept orders by mail, fax or e-mail.

The order should include not only the size of the tap, the pitch, the standard and its number but also:

• class of thread,
• type and hardness of threaded material,
• threaded hole length and its type (through or blind).

Left hand threads are marked with the symbol „LH”.

We recommend machine taps made of cobalt  (HSSE)  and powder high speed steel (PM-HSSE) . 

Prices

Prices of the tools are given on request.

Terms of sale, delivery and payment

Production time:  2-3 weeks.

Payment terms:  payment in advance.

At constant cooperation it is possible to negociate the  payment terms. 

Shipping: DPD, UPS, DHL and others.

Delivery terms:

• delivery is made on customer’s cost,
• customs service required out of EU is paid additionally.

The purchaser is obligated to check delivered items and notify the supplier of any defects (quality and quantity) immediately.

These sale conditions are valid for 2 months.
